By using this website, you agree to these website terms and our Privacy & POPIA Notice. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms govern website use only; construction or related services are governed by the written quotation and project agreement accepted by the parties.

Website information is not a quotation

Website content, price indications, timeframes, style suggestions, budget ranges and tool-generated summaries are general preliminary information. They are not a final design, professional opinion, scope of work, tender, offer, warranty or binding quotation.

• A binding service commitment arises only from a written quotation or agreement accepted by authorised parties.
• Final price and timing depend on site conditions, measurements, approvals, material availability, selected finishes and the agreed scope.
• Illustrations, photographs and completed projects show examples and do not promise identical results.

AI-assisted features

Logan, Lily, the Design Studio and Home Health Check are decision-support tools. Outputs may be incomplete, approximate or unsuitable for a particular property. They do not replace a site inspection or advice from a registered architect, engineer, quantity surveyor, electrician, plumber or other qualified professional where required.

For paid AI-assisted review packages, OpenAI generates a structured first draft from the information you submit. An Ultimate Construction team member checks and may edit the draft before approving it for delivery. Human review reduces but does not eliminate the limitations of preliminary, remote and AI-assisted assessment.

Permitted use

• Use the site lawfully and only for genuine property, construction, renovation, design or maintenance enquiries.
• Provide information you are entitled to share and that is reasonably accurate.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or unnecessarily sensitive content.

Intellectual property

The site design, wording, logos, branding, photographs, graphics and original content belong to Ultimate Construction or are used under licence. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own project planning, but may not commercially reproduce, modify, distribute or present them as your own without written permission.

Online package payments

Paid Home Health Check and interior-design packages are once-off service packages or stated starting fees with the deliverables and exclusions shown at the point of purchase. Payment is processed by Yoco on a Yoco-hosted page. A return to this website is not, by itself, proof of payment; fulfilment starts only after Ultimate receives and validates Yoco's signed successful-payment notification against the matching service reference, amount and currency.

If a payment is duplicated, made in error or requires a refund enquiry, contact enquiries@ultimatecrm.co.za with the Yoco reference. Any cancellation or refund will be handled according to the accepted service terms and applicable South African consumer law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party services and links

The site links to services such as Yoco, WhatsApp, NHBRC resources and the existing Ultimate website. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party availability or content, although this does not limit any responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Availability, liability and consumer rights

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent lawful, Ultimate Construction is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on preliminary website content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, POPIA or other applicable South African law.
