Our current approach
This site uses essential browser storage to operate securely and remember your choices. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are prepared for campaign measurement, but neither loads until you actively allow its category through the cookie controls.

Optional analytics and marketing technologies
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 may measure page visits and conversion events. If you allow marketing, Meta Pixel may measure advertising and conversion performance. Tracking events use general action names and page context; project notes, property details and other enquiry content are not sent as event parameters.

Third-party destinations
If you choose a link to WhatsApp, NHBRC or another external service, that provider may use cookies or similar technology under its own policy. Those technologies are controlled by the third party and do not operate on this site before you leave or open the external service.
Managing storage
You can clear or block site data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may cause preferences, interactive tools or signed-in platform functions to stop working correctly. Clearing this site’s local storage will make the cookie notice appear again.
